My new camera takes amazing pictures in low light conditions. I took the top photo in the gloaming before dawn and the bottom photo under the trees in Abercrombie park after sunset. Admittedly, they are a little bit grainy and lack the detail of pictures taken in low light with our big camera (see Halloween party pics), but for a point and shoot they are pretty darn good.
