Our trip to Homer was amazingly smooth...I've discovered that traveling with two toddlers is much easier than traveling with a baby and a toddler. The kids took direction well and were fascinated by everything new. The boat, arrival to homer, and the new sights and sounds were all a big adventure to them. Stuey said, "whoa, big truck, mommy" about 200 times during the 3 days. He LOVES airplanes and trucks of all sorts and was sure to comment on all things motorized.
Cathy, Mike and myself took the kids for pizza then to the beach on the Homer Spit. Stuey went straight for the surf and it was only a matter of minutes before pants were coming off and he was wading into the ocean. Good times were had as the surf came crashing into everyone's legs!! Brrr...the water was cold! Zoya
