The past week there was a funny moment when I volunteered in Nora's class.
I was helping a student with a math sheet and I told him an answer needed correcting. He responded to me, "What the?!", then paused and said, "Awkward!". It was a response which took me by surprise! Needless to say, I'm glad Nora hasn't responded with such words and I hope she never does. Especially at the young age of kindergarten.
On my recent trip to Anchorage, I got Nora Little House on the Prairie paper dolls, which she loves. Stuey proceeded to build himself a craft stick house at preschool and make paper dolls out of paper for his house. It was fun to watch him mimic Nora's toy.
