The Kodiak Outdoor Film Festival is not until next spring, but the time to make a movie for submission is NOW. The film festival is put on by the Island Trail Network and doubles as a membership event. Philip Tschersich made a trailer for the event (see below) and I know that it has me excited. Now to go out and make a movie. .. .. Patrick
